Return & Refund Policy (AvileDubee)

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the AvileDubee website (aviledubee.com) by customers located in the United States.

Return Eligibility & 30-Day Return Window

All non-custom eyewear products (sunglasses, blue light glasses, reading glasses) qualify for a 30-day return or exchange period, starting from the date of delivery confirmation (not the order date).
To be eligible for return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
  • Unused & Undamaged: No scratches, scuffs, discoloration, or signs of wear (including no skin contact marks on nose pads/frames).
  • Original Packaging: Returned in the original AvileDubee box, including all accessories (case, cleaning cloth, user manual, tags).
  • Non-Final Sale: Not marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase (these items are non-returnable).
  • No Customization: Prescription/custom engraved eyewear is non-returnable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Request: Log into your AvileDubee account → “My Orders” → Select the order → Click “Request Return”. Or email our support team at weihualei397@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Approval: We will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Package Your Item: Place the eyewear and all original accessories back into the AvileDubee box. Securely seal the package for shipping.
  4. Ship the Package: Send the package to our U.S. return address (listed below). Include your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS, UPS) for your protection.

Note: Do not send returns to any other address (including our Hong Kong office) – they will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-Defective Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for eligible returns.
  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, manufacturing defect).

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
  1. Notify Us Within 3 Calendar Days of delivery confirmation: Email weihualei397@gmail.com with photos of the damage/defect, the order number, and the shipping label.
  2. Our Resolution Options: Free replacement with the same or equivalent item (including pre-paid shipping for the return and new delivery); or full refund (including original shipping fees, if applicable).
  3. Claims made after 3 calendar days will not be accepted, as the item will be considered accepted as delivered.

Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our U.S. warehouse:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Please note: Bank processing times vary by institution – allow up to 1 billing cycle for the refund to appear in your account. No cash refunds or store credits are offered; refunds are only processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for size/style/color changes within the 30-day return window, subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests follow the same RMA process as returns.
  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
