We provide multiple styles for our eyewear collection. You can select different frame shapes, frame colors, and lens colors according to your preference. Some of our sunglasses are designed with photochromic lenses that automatically change color under sunlight to adapt to different light environments.
2. Can I Change My Order Or Other Information Like Address After Placing The Order?
We recommend double-checking sizes, styles, and shipping addresses before placing an order. If changes are needed, contact us through our Contact page immediately. Once an order is processed or marked as shipped, no modifications or changes can be made.
3. How Long Does The Order Processing Take?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume.
4. How Long Is The Shipping Time?
Shipping times vary based on the destination. The approximate shipping time within the United States is 5-10 business days. Unforeseen circumstances (customs clearance, security checks, bad weather, etc.) may cause minor delays. While most packages arrive on time, occasional delays are not completely avoidable.
5. What Should I Do If I Do Not Receive a Confirmation Email After Placing My Order?
Please confirm that your registered email address is correct and check your SPAM or junk folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, contact us through our Contact page for assistance.
6. Will I Receive A Tracking Number To Track My Order?
You will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. We provide complete shipping insurance for all orders. If your package is lost during transportation, we will reship the items for free.
7. What Couriers Do You Use For Order Delivery?
We mainly cooperate with UPS and FedEx. We will select the most suitable courier according to the customer’s specific delivery address and shipping channel to ensure stable and efficient transportation.
8. Do I Have To Pay Any Tariffs, Customs Fees, or Import Tax For My Orders?
To help customers avoid extra fees, we will declare the package with a reasonable low value. Most packages will not generate additional tariffs or import taxes. We will try our best to reduce your customs-related costs.
9. What Happens if I'm Not Home When My Item Is Delivered?
Any family member at home can sign for the package on your behalf. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a collection notice for you to pick up your package at the nearest post office or delivery station.
10. How Do I Know If My Order Was Successfully Placed?
You will receive an official order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you do not receive any email notification, please contact our customer service.
11. Is it Possible to Cancel My Order Post-Confirmation?
Cancellation is NOT allowed once the order is processed or shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately before processing. We cannot accept cancellation requests for shipped orders.
12. Are Returns and Exchanges Free of Charge?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy counted from the date you receive your goods. All returned items must be kept in original packaging and intact condition. Products can only be refunded or resent after our warehouse inspects the returned goods. If the item is damaged during transportation, you must contact us within 3 calendar days after signing for the package to apply for a replacement. Free returns are available for defective products caused by us. For personal reasons such as dislike or inappropriate style, customers need to bear the return shipping fee.
13. Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we only provide shipping service within the United States. We do not support European and other international shipments temporarily.
14. How Can I Monitor the Status of My Order?
After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can check your logistics status through the tracking link. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.
15. Can I Amend My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?
Address modification is only permitted before the order enters processing. Once processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Currently, gift card services are not available in our store.
